Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from 1linkllc within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it, including any tags or labels.
  • The item is not a final sale or clearance item, as these are non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation and the Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Order Cancellations
